Admission Requirements
We temperament test all dogs before they are allowed to join the play groups.
Most of the time, this only takes a few minutes. Dogs are social and usually get along well. Shy dogs, puppies or older dogs that have not been socialzed may take a little longer to get acclamated but will benefit greatly from interatction with other dogs. We rarely find a dog that we cannot work with.
Our goal is to socialize and work with dogs to help them happy and mentally healthy. We love all dogs, however, due to the severe nature of pit bulls’ correction with other dogs, we cannot accept them.
Requirements
• All dogs must pass the initial testing before being admitted.
• All vaccinations must be current: Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella. Bordetella boosters are recommended every six months.
• Dogs must be on flea and tick prevention
• Dogs are usually too excited to eat during the day. We will, of course, feed them it is a medical requirement or they are under four months old.
We will be glad to administer any necessary medications. Please provide us with written instructions and measured quantities.
